What to Bring
All suites have Comforters, Pillows, Mattress and Pillow Covers, Dish Towels and Dish Cloths
*Please Bring Your Own Sheets, Towels and Pillow Cases as these items are NOT supplied.

*If you are flying in or this presents a problem please contact us and special arrangements can be made for a nominal fee.

 

Pet Policy

We will consider allowing a dog (maximum 1 dog) is when a group rents all the units and leaves an additional "Pet Deposit" of $200. There will be a $10 charge taken from this deposit for each "incident" that is not picked up( $20 if someone steps in it). Your dog will attract other dogs so any dog related "incident" will be the dog owner's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of 30 days or more, prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 per suite cancellation fee. Cancellation made 29 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. However, if we are able to re-book the time, we will gladly refund the amount less $ 50.00 (per suite)

To ensure your privacy and comfort, general rules concerning hours of noise will be in effect. The management reserves the right to take any necessary actions, including immediate eviction or refusal without reimbursment in order to enforce these rules.
